Kelly Rolf
Kelly joined our team in early 2026 and has more than two decades of experience as a nonprofit development and communications leader. She loves working with donors and volunteers who are passionate about investing in our local community. Prior to joining Nashville Public Radio, Kelly was Chief Philanthropy Officer and then Chief Strategy Officer at PENCIL, a Nashville education nonprofit that resources public schools; and Chief Development Officer at Mikva Challenge, a youth leadership and democracy education nonprofit in Chicago.
She began her career in college books at W.W. Norton & Company after graduating from Columbia University in New York City. With her husband, a teacher, she is delighted to raise two energetic boys here in her adopted city.
