LGBT rights organizations have been amping up their opposition to a number of bills in the Tennessee state legislature.
It’s a sign that the 2015 Supreme Court ruling on same-sex marriage and President Trump’s victory in November haven’t settled the debate.
Last week, two Wilson County lawmakers withdrew a measure that would’ve required transgender students to use the bathroom of their birth sex. But there are other bills that make LGBT groups uneasy.
