Event Description

The humble dandelion, Taraxacum officinale, has been chopped, sprayed, cursed, dug, & used to make children's necklaces. It has so much Vitamin A it would make a carrot blush. Botanical Scientist Soraya Parr will host a program beginning at 6pm at Green Hills Library about the latest breakthroughs in health & nutrition of the dandelion, how to properly forage dandelions, & simple nutritious dandelion recipes.
