In partnership with Vanderbilt University’s Office of Community, Neighborhood, & Government Relations, the Frist Center presents “Food for Thought,” lunchtime conversations with Vanderbilt professors, Frist Center curators, & other members of the Nashville community. During this session, panelists will focus on the exhibition World War I and American Art & explore how the conflict shaped art as well as global affairs. On December 12th, inspired by the exhibition "Nick Cave: Feat.", panelists will delve into how contemporary performance art can offer powerful & transformative opportunities for communities.
