Metro On Closing School Monday: “Soooo…Good Call?”

Someone at Metro Nashville Public Schools tweeted this short and clever message this morning:

This after the school district has caught some grief this winter for closing schools ahead of storms that turned out to be duds. In fact, Metro made the call later than surrounding counties Sunday night. Even as icy conditions appeared inevitable and Williamson County had cancelled school for Monday, there was this:

The temperature is not predicted to reach freezing today, and the winter storm warning we are under has been extended until 4pm. Be safe everyone!
