Producers Matt Shafer Powell and Leslie Snow of WUOT in Knoxville bring us their stories in the series, “Without A Net: Voices of the Working Poor.” Today, we meet Rick Green, a single man who spends what little spare time he has tending to the garden outside his North Knoxville mobile home.
