Duncan Among U.S. Reps Suing Obama Over Libya

Tennessee Congressman Jimmy Duncan is among a group of ten U.S. House Representatives suing President Obama over the American military role in Libya.

The group argues whether the U.S. is involved in Libya should be up to Congress, not the president. They want a judge to order military operations there to stop without war authorization from Congress.
