Tennessee Leans on Food Stamp Recipients to Manage Increased Case Load

The economic downturn has inspired Tennessee officials to throw a reversal of roles in the food stamp program. Because of unprecedented demand, the state has hired food stamp recipients to handle the additional case load. WPLN’s Blake Farmer reports.
